Saint Anthony Health Network of Indiana, a non-profit hospital-based IPA serving patients for over fifteen years, selects Mcare to replace their previous computer system.

2003
Sun Health, a non-profit healthcare organization that exists to serve all ages with excellence in medical care, wellness programs, research and education, contracted with HealthSoft to install Mcare computer system with a new Medicare supplemental package. This version includes premium billing and processing of drug claims.

HealthSoft signs agreement with IT Connections, Inc. to provide internet capabilities for Mcare software solution. IT Connections is a national leader in electronic health care software solutions. IT Connections specializes in consulting services to some of the top ten HMO's in the nation, and markets full service internet HIPAA compliant EDI solution for both payers and payees.

2002
i-Three.com of New Jersey selected HealthSoft as an independent contractor to perform gap analysis on their HIPAA EDI transactions and to act as management consultants on their managed care practices.

PAS Group of Chicago, Illinois selected HealthSoft Enterprise Systems, LLC as their primary partner to oversee all HIPAA consulting business. HealthSoft has years of experience working on HIPAA projects and have proven themselves to be an expert resource for all HIPAA services.
