HISTORY OF HEALTHSOFT ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS

HealthSoft Enterprise Systems was incorporated as an LLC in 1998 for the initial purpose of designing and developing a computer software system for a start-up optical Independent Physician Association (IPA) located in Arizona. Since then, HealthSoft has installed Mcare at a number of small to large managed care organizations, covering thousands of lives nationwide.

1998 South Valley Optical IPA of Mesa contracted with HealthSoft to provide an outsourcing solution using Mcare as its processing solution.

2000 HealthSoft acquires Mcare from Physician Computer Networks (PCN) of Morris Plains, NJ along with its two Mcare clients, Tri-County Physicians Association and Apogee Behavioral Health.

2003 Sun Health of Arizona, a Medicare Select HMO, started the conversion of HealthSoft’s latest software product, Mcare Select™, which includes premium billing and pharmacy claims processing features.

2004 Saint Anthony Network of Indiana, a non-profit hospital-based IPA, select HealthSoft Mcare for its managed care claims processing and adjudication system.

November 2006 Southwest Dental Group Inc. (Tempe, AZ) select HealthSoft's Management Consulting group to manage the testing and installation of their new dental practice management information technology system at their corporate facility, billing department, and all nine of their general and multi-specialty locations.

June 2007 Del Sol Health Advantage (a.k.a. Southwest Dental Plan) select Mcare Dental as their new dental plan administration IT system.

September 2007 HealthSoft Enterprise System successfully installs the new Mcare Dental system for Del Sol Health Advantage (a.k.a. Southwest Dental Plan) of Arizona.

2008 HealthSoft Enterprise System begins the design and development of the Eligibility Verification Software (EVS) system.

January 2009 HealthSoft successfully installs the new EVS system for Southwest Dental Group/Del Sol Health Advantage (a.k.a. Southwest Dental Plan) of Arizona.
